Constantine Group

We have a small and committed team. Our directors have been associated with Constantine Group for very long periods. This mirrors our long-term approach to our investments in businesses.

Passionate & professional

The two Executive Directors (Nigel Prescot and Dominic Akers-Douglas) are significant shareholders in the business. Chairman (Kathie Child-Villiers) is fully independent and owns no shares. The non-executive directors both own shares.

This combination of ownership and independence ensures a consistently passionate but professional approach to everything we do.

Kathie Child-Villiers

Kathie joined the Board in 2014, and was appointed Chairman in January 2018. She has multiple investment and not-for-profit interests and is an adviser to UK Energy Ministers and Regulators.  Prior to this, Kathie had a successful 24 year career in investment banking, primarily with HSBC and Merrill Lynch, focussing on utilities and renewable energy.

Dominic Akers-Douglas
